Call Procedure

The Client is responsible for calling the Coach at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.

Termination

The Client may cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be in writing, by fax or by email message. The Client is responsible for any unpaid outstanding coaching services performed up to the date of the cancellation notice.

Termination of Special Introductory Coaching Plan

The Client may terminate the Special Introductory Coaching Plan at any time.

  • If the Client cancels the Plan before the 2nd session, the full fee will be refunded.
  • If the Client cancels the Plan before the 3rd session, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • If the client cancels the Plan before the 4th session, 25% of the fee will be refunded.

Confidentiality

The Coach recognizes that the Client may share confidential and private information during a coaching session. The Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use or disclose any information to a third party. While the Coach will do everything in his/her power to keep communication confidential, the Client is aware that there are valid exceptions - for instance, if withholding information would be unlawful on the part of the Coach.
